Whole kabuli chana from partner farms, sorted by size and cleaned — no added colour, no polish.
How it's made
Whole kabuli chana is harvested, sun-dried until hard, then graded by size and hand-cleaned to remove stones and broken grains. Evenly sized chana cooks more evenly, so sorting by hand rather than machine is worth the extra step.
