Field & harvest
Cane cut and pressed the same week, on our own family land. Everything else comes from farms we drive to and buy from ourselves.

Pay to confirm it
Paying is what turns a cart into an order. It stays editable until the cutoff, and anything you add after that is charged as a top-up on the same delivery.

We deliver at the weekend
Anything still unpaid when the cart closes comes off the order - nothing unpaid goes on the van. If we are short at the door, the difference is refunded to your card.
↺Add to it, skip it, pause or stop - next week's cart stays open till Thursday 9pm. Skip a week and there is nothing to pay: you only ever pay for a delivery you have confirmed.

Rice polished to white dust. Ghee that had never seen a churn. Haldi cut with rice flour. We already had the cane and the mill - that part is family. The rest we found by driving out to farms and asking questions until someone let us into their shed. We are not selling a weekend treat. We want to be what you cook with every single day.

Anything else, message us on WhatsApp. One of us replies, usually within the hour.
Then simply do not confirm a cart that week - nothing goes out that has not been paid for, so a skipped week costs you nothing. For anything longer than a week, pause from your account page and we will stop the reminders until you are back.
Either, at any time, from your account page - no notice period, no exit call, nobody to ask. Pause for a week, a month, or until you say otherwise, and we stop reminding you; nothing is charged while you are paused, because nothing is ever charged unless you confirm a delivery. The ₹500 joining fee is not refundable, but nothing else is locked in - no minimum months, no prepaid balance.
Yes, right up to Thursday 9pm. Anything you add after paying is charged as a top-up on the same delivery and goes on the same van - no cap, no extra fee, no phone call needed.
No - it's a one-time joining fee, not a deposit, so it isn't held or refunded. You pay it once when you join, and after that you only ever pay for the deliveries you actually order.
We cover Delhi, Noida and Gurugram, and nothing beyond that yet. We drive the route ourselves, so the area stops where we can still be back by lunch. Tell us your pin code and we will answer honestly.
Yes. There is no minimum basket - if all you want is gur and ghee, that is a valid weekly order.
