This week, filmed 4am

The gur in your Saturday box, being boiled.

A new clip every week, from whichever step is happening that morning.

Our process

Five steps, and we are present for all five.

Nothing here is a claim about anyone else. It is simply how the work happens between the field and your shelf.

One

Field & harvest

Cane cut and pressed the same week, on our own family land. Everything else comes from farms we drive to and buy from ourselves.

We own this step
Two

Traditional processing

Open-pan boiling, stone chakki, wooden ghani, bilona churn. No refining, no bleaching, no anti-caking agents.

No shortcuts
Three

Quality check

Every lot is moisture-tested and tasted by one of us before it gets a label. Lab reports on request, any week.

Batch tested
Four

Packed

Filled into steel and glass in small lots the day before your delivery. Dated by hand, batch number on the lid.

Day before dispatch
Five

Delivered weekly

Saturday and Sunday mornings across Delhi NCR, in our van, usually with one of us in it.

How the subscription works

Your standing list arrives every week. Add to it whenever you like.

One call sets what comes by default. After that, next week's delivery sits in your cart already filled — add anything from the five on top, in any quantity, right up to Thursday 9pm.

A single joining fee covering the reusable steel and glass containers your order arrives in. No monthly plan fee.

IIOne call

We set your standing list

One of us calls once to fix what comes by default — quantities, the grind of the haldi, oil for cooking or for tadka.

IIIOpen till Thu 9pm

Add to next week's cart

Every week your delivery sits in the cart already filled with that list. Add anything else from the five on top, in any quantity — no limit, no second call.

IVPay after

Billed once a month

One invoice at month end for exactly what was delivered — standing items and additions alike. Nothing prepaid.

Add to it, skip it, pause or stop — next week's cart stays open till Thursday 9pm. You are never billed for a delivery that didn't happen.

A note from us

“Our own kitchens had quietly filled up with things we couldn't explain.”

Rice polished to white dust. Ghee that had never seen a churn. Haldi cut with rice flour. We already had the cane and the mill — that part is family. The rest we found by driving out to farms and asking questions until someone let us into their shed. We are not selling a weekend treat. We want the five things you cook with every single day.

Asked before,
answered plainly.

Anything else, message us on WhatsApp. One of us replies, usually within the hour.

Tell us any time before Thursday 9pm and we skip the week. You are billed only for deliveries that actually happened, so a skipped week costs you nothing.

Either, at any time, with no notice period and no exit call. The ₹500 joining fee is not refundable, but nothing else is locked in — no minimum months, no prepaid balance.

Any time, in any quantity. Next week's delivery opens as a cart already filled with your standing list — add whatever else you want and it goes on the same van. No cap, no extra fee, no phone call needed.

It is a one-time joining fee. It covers the steel and glass containers we deliver in; they stay with you and get refilled each week, so there is no packaging to throw out.

We cover Delhi, Noida and Gurugram, and nothing beyond that yet. We drive the route ourselves, so the area stops where we can still be back by lunch. Tell us your pin code and we will answer honestly.

Yes. Most households end up taking all five. There is no minimum basket — if all you want is gur and ghee, that is a valid weekly list.
